Cats and Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore (3D) (TBC)

Director: Brad Peyton Starring: Alec Baldwin, Bette Midler, Nick Nolte, James Marsden 82 mins

It may not take much to merit a sequel nowadays, but it's fair to say that CATS & DOGS: THE REVENGE OF KITTY GALORE has at least been long-awaited, following the 2001 box-office smash hit CATS & DOGS. Boasting the vocal talents of a host of prominent Hollywood names, director Brad Peyton's feature debut promises to be a 3D family film with a bite to match its bark. It sees Nick Nolte (TROPIC THUNDER) inhabit the role of Butch, an Anatolian Shepherd who mentors an exiled police dog named Diggs (James Marsden, THE BOX). Diggs uncovers a plot for world domination by a former spy cat called Kitty Galore (Better Midler, THE WOMEN) and, in an unlikely twist, Diggs urges his pooch brethren to join forces with the cat community to defeat the feline tyrant.
